I was so impressed with everyone I spoke to in your office when I reported we had a problem with our copier. This was the day we had horrible weather. Tornado warnings, flooding, etc. Despite all that, I received a phone call letting me know that a technician would be out to our office the next morning first thing, and he was. Home Health Care companies in the State of New Jersey need to be accredited in order to conduct business. So every year to receive our accreditation a survey is conducted, and for us it is in March and is unannounced. Every year we prepare two months in advance working 24/7 which includes weekends. To have our copying capabilities go down on a weekend with only two weeks before survey is devastating to say the least. However this wasn’t the case. Only one call, the first call, was answered and Dan Cellucci, Senior Accounts Manager, immediately responded, addressed the problem and we were up and running in no time. Our deepest appreciation and thanks goes out to Dan.

I would like to take this moment, as the Accounting/Office Manager for The Design Collaborative, to just say how fortunate we have been to have Dan Cellucci as our sales representative for the past 19 years.  Yes, that is correct!  19 Years!  Dan has been our "go to" copier and office machine support system the whole way.  We have purchased many copiers from Copiers Plus over the years because of his client dedication, professionalism and remarkable personal character traits.  He always thoroughly explains all of your buying options and never tries to steer you wrong.   He has excessive knowledge about today's office machines and thrives on keeping up with the latest technology.   If we ever have a question regarding our machines,  you can guarantee that he will promptly drive the 30 minutes down to our office and show us personally how to resolve the issue.   When we get contacted by annoying sales representatives from other copier manufacturers, we always say "We only deal with "Dan The Man!"   In an industry where you never know who your sales representative will be from one day to the next, Dan has always been there for us through thick and thin.   He is definitely an "old school" kind of guy who still values hard work, dedication, loyalty, and honesty.    Also, his great sense of humor and thoughtful treats over the years have not gone unnoticed!

As you know, we have been a customer of Copiers Plus for 25 years or more. I have always been, and continue to be, very satisfied with your products and services. This week we purchased a new Lanier MPC2003 Color Copier with print/scan/fax from your company. We deal with Dan Cellucci of your company and that is why I am writing to you today. Dan is certainly a big asset to your company. His service of our needs has always been excellent and often above and beyond what is necessary. That is the case with this new purchase. Dan has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful to Roxanne of my office with both the set up and several subsequent calls from Roxanne to him for assistance. His response time has been excellent and his service extraordinary. It is refreshing to know that in the fast paced world we now live in that there are still people like Dan who care about their customers.
