Printer/Copier/MFP Service Technician

Copiers Plus, located in Egg Harbor Township NJ, is seeking a highly motivated professional for the position of Printer/Copier/MFP Service Technician. The ideal candidate has a solid background in electronics, computers and customer service.

The full-time position, M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm, reports directly to the Service Manager and offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401k. A generous auto reimbursement is offered as well.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of MFP’s and printers. Experience with Ricoh and HP products is preferable.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issues with office equipment.
  • Provide a positive and professional interaction with the customer ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Ability to process required paperwork in a timely fashion for all service calls.
  • Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.

Job Requirements

Education; HS diploma or equivalent. BS or vocational trade related education preferred.

Experience; One to three years of related work experience.

Skill, Knowledge and Ability; The use of conversational, analytical and observational skills that demonstrate an ability to organize and prioritize service repairs.

Physical; Body positions and movements including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, walking, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying equipment, use of hands, eyes, arms and voice.

Intellect and Language; Knowledge of general business mathematics and computer fundamentals. Ability to read and understand parts diagrams and equipment schematics. Language ability includes reading, writing, spelling and the ability to orally communicate clearly on technical topics in English.

Account Executive

Gloucester, Camden, Burlington Counties

Copiers Plus’s Account Executives are responsible for selling specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, multifunction devices, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software. Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be to sell leading manufactures such as Ricoh, Lanier and HP hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within an assigned territory. Specific job duties will involve prospecting for new business opportunities and upgrading existing customers. You will be required to achieve 100% of quota through implementing creative sales strategies, performing extensive customer needs analyses and site surveys, meeting with decision makers, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, identifying challenges within the account's document workflow, and continuous customer appointments. You will also be responsible for proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED from an accredited school. College degree in business and marketing or some continuing education is preferred. A valid state issued driver’s license is required. At least two (2) years of B2B/B2C outside sales experience. Business technology sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills including the desire to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses, an interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry, the ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills. We will provide you with 3 months of blended training that includes instructor led and in the field training, plus ongoing training and development to build the foundation for your career.
